With a diverse background in Operations Management, Woody spent 15 years as a General Manager, Wine Director, Service Manager, Sommelier, Service Captain, and Independent Consultant. With 20+ years in the hospitality industry, he has worked at some of the best restaurants and hotels in the country, earning numerous certifications, degrees, and recognition from the top institutions. Versatile, Woody also spent numerous years working in tech/operations, both in the military and private sectors to include telecom, ballistic missile defense, and anti-submarine warfare.
Woody, a California native, is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and accredited through The Court of Master Sommeliers and Cornell School of Hotel Administration.
Always on the cutting edge of tech and business integrations, Woody specializes in implementing the most up to date tools into businesses in order to deliver a faster and more efficient service. Utilizing automation, tech, and his vast experience, Woody has a keen way of creating solutions to combat rising costs associated with minimum wage, management budget compression, and contractor compliance.
