As a Sommelier he has over 10 years of experience working in restaurants, retail and hotel environments: career highlights include working as the Beverage or Wine Director for establishments such as Hotel Bel-Air, Cal Mare, Preux & Proper and many other outlets throughout Los Angeles. In addition, he has prepared tasting menus alongside such luminaries as Wolfgang Puck, Michael Mina, Yusuke Takada and Francis Mallmann.
His visual work has been featured by companies such as LVMH, Wolfgang Puck and others.
In addition to his wine experience, he also is an independent media journalist whose work has been seen on KTLA, CNN, the Los Angeles Times and many other news outlets.
