Brendan Kimball is a native of Northern New York living and working as a wine professional in New York City. In 2013 a passion for wine took him from the pastoral vineyards of the Finger Lakes to the fine-dining metropolis of the San Francisco Bay Area. His work with the deep wine cellar of Quince and Cotogna gave him a zest for the hallowed wines of Italy, California, and France, and at Atelier Crenn's Austria and Burgundy-focused program he worked as Lead Sommelier. In 2018 he packed up and moved back to the East Coast, beginning a new chapter in midtown Manhattan on the floor at Le Bernardin. Brendan’s career is aimed at celebrating the greats of the wine industry through education and exultation.
